Balotelli ashikana mashati na J. Boateng!!!

Manchester City players Mario Balotelli and Jerome Boateng had be separated by their team-mates in Friday's training session at the club's Carrington training ground.

Balotelli reacted angrily after a tackle from the German defender and the two were involved in a heated exchange before being pulled apart by fellow City players.

The duo later reconciled their differences but this latest incident will do manager Roberto Mancini no favours at a time when the Italian is denying that the mega-rich club have any problems inside their dressing-room.

Italian forward Balotelli is renowned as a troublesome character and fell out with former manager Jose Mourinho whilst both were at Inter last season, something that led to the 'special one' warning City against signing the forward.

"The guy has incredible qualities, but sometimes does not know how to use his brain," Mourinho told The Sun last summer.

Liverpool wamtengea dau Clint Dempsey...

Roy Hodgson is set to raid his former club Fulham in January by bringing striker Clint Dempsey to Liverpool, according to reports.

Hodgson is desperate to add some more attacking players to his goal-shy Liverpool side and reportedly believes 27-year-old Dempsey would be a valuable asset in the final third.

The USA international can play in a number of positions going forward and, after Fulham’s poor start to the season, may look to move to a bigger club.

Fulham lie 17th in the Premier League with only two wins, having succumbed 2-1 to Arsenal at the weekend. While the west London outfit has struggled, Dempsey has thrived — scoring six goals in all competitions this season.

Liverpool have struggled for goals in the Premier League this season, with only 17 in 15 games. Dempsey's versatility may prove to be too enticing for Hodgson to turn down, and it is rumored the 63-year-old is readying a £10 million bid for the Texan.

barca juuuuuuuuu

The Spanish press was littered with words such as "thrashed", "humiliated" and "ridiculed" following Barcelona's comprehensive 5-0 defeat of arch rivals Real Madrid at the Camp Nou.
Jeffren celebrates Barcelona's fifth goalJeffren celebrates Barcelona's fifth goal in the rout
 • Mourinho: Real weren't humiliated

Madrid went into Monday's game still unbeaten in 19 competitive matches under new coach Jose Mourinho and boasting a one-point lead over second-placed Barca at the top of the Primera Division standings, but they were swept aside in stunning fashion.
Goals from Xavi and Pedro put the hosts 2-0 up after 18 minutes and then another of Barca's World Cup-winning contingent, David Villa, added a quickfire brace at the start of the second half to make it 4-0 inside an hour.
Guardiola's side - who have now won five successive matches against Madrid, including a similarly emphatic 6-2 mauling at the Bernabeu in 2009 - added a fifth goal in stoppage-time through Jeffren before Madrid lost Sergio Ramos to a straight red card for scything down Lionel Messi.
Monday morning's newspapers in Spain were universal in their reporting of Barca`s overwhelming dominance in what had been one of the most eagerly-awaited Clasicos in recent times.
Catalan-based daily Sport's front page had a picture of a splayed hand with the headline: "5-0. Slap to Mourinho. Thrashing, humiliation and leaders!"
It added: "Footballing lesson from Barca to Madrid, who received another historic thrashing at the Camp Nou."
Sport, which also advertised on its front page T-shirts commemorating the victory, added inside: "Another golden page for Barca. Spectacular game of the Azulgranas, which ridiculed their rivals. The humiliation left Mourinho hiding on the bench. The whole world saw how there is still no team like Barca."
Barcelona-based El Mundo Deportivo's front cover was emblazoned with a huge 5-0 over the picture of Barca goalkeeper Victor Valdes and centre-back Gerard Pique holding up their hands up with fingers outstretched in celebration of the result.
Its headline read: "Madrid thrashed!"
Spain's biggest-selling paper, Madrid-based Marca, also praised Barca but pointed an accusing finger at referee Eduardo Iturralde Gonzalez as well.
On its online edition, the headlines were: "Slap to Real Madrid" and "This Barca is a machine".
The front cover of its newspaper added: "After 18 minutes, it was already 2-0 thanks to the football from another galaxy of Xavi, Villa and SuperMessi. Iturralde denied a penalty from Valdes on CR7 (Cristiano Ronaldo) and an offside of 'El Guaje' (Villa) in the third goal. Ramos was sent off for taking out the Argentinian and then lost control."
It continued inside, saying: "Memorable symphony. Barca destroy a disappointing Madrid. Lesson of class, intelligence and the precision of their midfielders. The biggest defeat of a team of Mourinho."
Marca also heaped praise on Barca playmaker Xavi, who has been struggling with an Achilles tendon problem this season but was in stunning form again last night.
"Xavi broke the game with 20 minutes of genius," Marca said in giving the Spain international their star man award. "There is no other like him. Xavi was a cyclone. He dominated all aspects of the game: control, passing, precision, acceleration, pausing, pressure and (scored a) goal."
Another Madrid-based sports newspaper, AS, showed a picture of Barca striker Bojan Krkic and Sami Khedira attempting to hold back Ramos as the referee showed him his red card, with the headline: "Thrashed and in tatters."
Ramos was dismissed for his ugly foul on Messi and then shoved Barca captain Carles Puyol and Xavi - both Spain team-mates of the Madrid defender - in the face as he made his way off the pitch.
Inside AS, it added: "Barcelona danced against a Madrid without soul. They had no answer to the touch football of Barca."
In their sports pages, El Pais, the biggest-selling non-sports paper in Spain, spoke of: "An historic Azulgrana festival. Superb football lesson from the Azulgrana team who dismantled an impotent Madrid with five goals and claimed the league leadership."
El Mundo added on its front page: "Barcelona humiliate Real Madrid once again."

Arsene Wenger says Arsenal have no plans to enter the transfer market in Januar

Arsene Wenger says Arsenal have no plans to enter the transfer market in January.
Aaron Ramsey
Aaron Ramsey made his return to action on Monday night
The Gunners are currently third in the Premier League level on points with Chelsea and two behind Manchester United, but they have suffered a number of disappointing results already this season, including home defeats to West Brom, Newcastle and Tottenham.
Injuries to the likes of Cesc Fabregas, Robin van Persie and Thomas Vermaelen have led to suggestions Arsenal would look to reinforce during the window but, barring any further fitness problems, Wenger has vowed to keep faith with his current squad.
"My policy is to stick to the squad I have. We will not be on the market," Wenger told the club's official website.
"I want to keep my squad and I want to continue with these players. We will not be on the market unless we lose some."
Arsenal should at least be boosted by the return of Aaron Ramsey in January. The midfielder, who has not played for the club since suffering a serious injury at Stoke in February, has joined Championship side Nottingham Forest on an emergency loan to regain his fitness. He made his Forest debut in their 1-0 defeat at Leicester on Monday.
Wenger said: "He is fit but not competitively match-fit. I left him the choice to go where he wanted. There are seven games before January when he comes back and I thought that is the best way.
"I decided to give him a run in the Championship and if he manages to play four or five out of the seven [games] he will be fit to play for us.
"We were a bit pushed by the deadline. To do it before Christmas, we had to do it last week, so I rushed a bit my decision, but it was the only opportunity."

Arsenal Striker Nicklas Bendtner Issues Ultimatum To Arsene Wenger

Danish star Nicklas Bendtner has proclaimed that he is prepared to leave Arsenal unless he is given more opportunities to be in the team's starting lineup.

Bendtner struggled with injuries last season. However, he is apparently fully fit now, despite not starting any league matches so far this season.  The 22-year-old feels this is a crucial time in his career and he needs to be playing if he wants to become a star player.

"I feel I've done everything right in getting back to fitness and I'm in the best shape of my life." The striker told Sporten.dk.

"I feel even better than before the injury and, at that point, I was in the starting 11 and close to fulfilling my potential. I just lack minor things now to be back to my best again but I'm only getting those by playing matches. That's what I have to do now. There's not more to it than that.

"When I'm 100% fit I cannot accept sitting on the bench. I'm turning 23 soon and, at this stage in my career, it's important for my development to play regularly, game after game.

"I think I can allow myself to say this, I simply have to get to the next stage in my career and that's the reason why I'm saying these things right now.

"I'm just saying my opinion as the person I am. If the situation doesn't change and I'm still on the bench at Arsenal, I'll look for a transfer. That's obvious.

"But my first priority is definitely, as it always has been, to play for Arsenal. I've had a lot of patience and I won't sit on the bench any more. I want to play, and I hope I will for Arsenal."

The Gunners manager Arsene Wenger is aware of Bendtner's self-confidence and will not let comments influence his decisions, rather leaving it up to the striker to prove himself on the pitch.

“When you try to convince a player that he has to be patient, then you waste your time.

"He has a good level of confidence and that is not bad, but you have to justify it on the football pitch.”

seria A derby

Derby Della Madonnina
Italian and European champions Inter have
struggled under coach Rafael Benitez this
season and the mounting injuries have not
helped. On the other hand, Milan are in pole
position in Serie A.
Les wait to see this fascinating battle.

mourinho handed two match bAn

Spanish powerhouse Real Madrid will have to
make do without the services of head coach Jose
Mourinho for the next two games after the
Spanish Football Association (RFEF) handed the
Portuguese coach a two-match ban.
The former Inter tactician received his marching
orders in Wednesday's 5-1 Copa del Rey win
over Murcia after hitting out at referee Jose Luis
Paradas Romero during the match.
The RFEF wasn't too happy with Mourinho's
outburst and have decided to suspend the Real
Madrid coach for the next two matches.
"Mourinho was booked for formulating
observations about the referee and he has been
suspended for the Sporting and Athletic matches
for addressing the referee with disrespectful
vocabulary - Article 117-," reads a statement on
the club's official website.
Mourinho will miss this weekend's match against
Sporting Gijon and the home game against
Athletic Bilbao on November 23 due to the
suspension.

How do Manchester City and Manchester United's expensive squads match up head-to-head?

GOALKEEPER
Joe
HART

£600,000
(rising to £1.5m)
Edwin
VAN DER SAR

£2m

It's youth versus experience between the sticks, as the 23-year-old Hart faces the 40-year-old Van der Sar. But while the difference in games played between the two could hardly be starker, the cost to their teams is virtually negligible. Van der Sar's signing proved a snip at £2m, but despite taking the No.1 shirt for club and country since his move from Shrewsbury Town in 2006, Hart will still only come to cost his club marginally less. In terms of resale value, however, his price tag would dwarf the soon-to-retire Dutchman's.

DEFENDERS

Right-back
Pablo
ZABALETA

£6.5m
Wes
BROWN

n/a

The versatile Argentine, signed from Malaga two years ago, is perhaps not a starter in Roberto Mancini's first choice XI, but his versatility is such that he plays more games than not in a variety of positions. Brown is not destined to be remembered as one of United's finest youth prospects, but his collection of medals show he is no one's fool.

Centre backs
Vincent
KOMPANY

£6m
Nemanja
VIDIC

£7m

Kolo
TOURE

£16m
Rio
FERDINAND

£30m

For all City's recent largesse, United certainly have the edge when it comes to the cost of their two stalwarts at the heart of defence. Ferdinand's form (and fitness) may have lapsed in recent times, but despite his then-world record transfer fee his signing has still proven good value. Vidic's price tag puts City's duo to shame — Kompany has grown into an increasingly effective Premier League defender but still has room to improve, while City are still waiting to see whether Kolo Toure can be the top-drawer performer Arsenal believed he could no longer be.

Left-back
Jerome
BOATENG

£10.4m
Patrice
EVRA

£5.5m

Boateng signed for City even before playing a role in Germany's star summer in South Africa. Capable of playing all across the backline, he will likely fill in at left-back on Wednesday through necessity (Mancini is surely unlikely to risk £17m Alexander Kolarov in such a game so soon after his injury layoff). Evra, on the other hand, had a horrible World Cup but is rightfully regarded as one of the best full-backs in the world. His price tag is another reminder of Ferguson's ability to spot a star.

MIDFIELDERS

Right-side
Adam
JOHNSON

£7.5m
Luis
NANI

£17m

Johnson (or his equivalent on the other side, Silva) might only be starting due to the suspension of £30m Mario Balotelli — and even then there is no guarantee the pragmatic Mancini doesn't opt for another, more defensive option. Johnson has immediately proved himself a bargain after his signing from Championship side Middlesbrough, whereas Nani has only recently shown signs he might consistently deliver on the promise we've seen fleetingly ever since his signing from Sporting Lisbon in 2007.

Central midfield
Yaya
TOURE

£24m
Michael
CARRICK

£18m

Nigel
DE JONG

£18m

Darren
FLETCHER

n/a

Gareth
BARRY

£12m
Paul
SCHOLES

n/a

In this central midfield, it's City's collective that are by far the most expensive. United's trio will likely be comprised of two youth products — one (Scholes) among the greatest in the club's history, the other (Fletcher) trying to get there — and one £18m signing who hasn't quite been the controlling influence on the side that was once envisaged.

United's group is established, however, whereas City's is still adapting to life at the club — and together. Yaya Toure cost a lot from Barcelona last summer and even more in wages, while City paid £18m for De Jong, now regarded highly as an enforcer, when they could have waited another six months and possibly snatched him for free. Barry is an established Premier League player after his long stint at Aston Villa.

Left-side
David
SILVA

£26m

Ji-Sung
PARK

£4m

For all the millions spent by either side, Silva is the only World Cup winner among either likely starting XI — and even he is far from a guaranteed selection. In terms of cost his summer signing understandably dwarves that of Park, who was initially thought of in dismissive terms (with his marketability in Asia seen as the main reason for his signing) but has gone on to prove himself a valuable, if eminently rotatable, member of the squad.

STRIKER
Carlos
TEVEZ

£40m
Dimitar
BERBATOV

£30.9m

Where the big bucks were spent. City and United between them will opt not to start (for various reasons) the likes of Emmanuel Adebayor (£25m) and Wayne Rooney (£25m), yet still will feed two strikers with a combined cost of over £70m. Berbatov was wanted by the newly-minted City before opting for United, but despite a hat-trick against Liverpool earlier this season still seems to lack his manager's full trust.

Carlos Tevez's third party ownership drove up his cost to almost extortionate figures after a successful two-year 'loan' at Old Trafford, but he has already proven his vital importance to his new side's success as their all-action central striker.

TOTAL
MANCHESTER CITY

£167.9m
MANCHESTER UNITED

£114.4m
Difference: £53.5m

FIFA donates $100k to shot Togo keeper Obilale

FIFA has confirmed it is giving $100,000 to former
Togo goalkeeper Kodjovi Obilale, who was shot
when terrorists attacked the team's bus at the
Africa Nations Cup in Angola in January.
- Obilale a 'miracle survivor' of attack
- Togo keeper makes emotional plea
FIFA president Sepp Blatter announced in
September they would be donating $25,000 to
Obilale and this sum has now been raised.
Three people died in the incident - the bus driver,
an assistant coach and a press officer - while
Obilale, who was initially also reported as dead,
had to be flown to South Africa for emergency
treatment after sustaining gunshot wounds in the
lower back and abdomen.
The French Football Federation earlier this year
agreed to pay the €65,000 repatriation costs for
Obilale to return to France after he issued an
emotional appeal for help.
A FIFA statement read: "FIFA is to donate a sum of
USD 100,000 to Togolese international goalkeeper
Kodjovi Obilale, who was seriously injured during
an armed attack on his team's bus in the Angolan
enclave of Cabinda ahead of the CAF African Cup of
Nations in January.
"The 25-year-old goalkeeper, formerly with French
side Pontivy, was gravely wounded when the
Togolese team bus was hit by gunfire on 8
January.
"The ambush took the lives of assistant coach
Amelete Abalo and press officer Stanislas O'cloo,
while Obilale himself is still continuing his
rehabilitation.''

LAmpard slams rooney critics

Frank Lampard has launched a staunch defence of
England team-mate Wayne Rooney, blasting critics
of the Manchester United star and dismissing as
"lazy" those who have labelled the striker "thick".
- Rooney won't be rushed back
Rooney is currently training in the United States in a
bid to regain top condition after a difficult few
weeks in England, in which he hit the front and
back pages thanks to his dramatic United contract
U-turn and lurid allegations about his private life.
But Chelsea midfielder Lampard believes recent
criticism of the former Everton forward is wholly
unjustified and insists the Rooney he knows is
nothing like the one painted by the media.
"People who call him thick, it's just a lazy thing to
say by looking at him and saying 'he's a footballer,
he looks quite tough because he's come from that
background' and all that kind of stuff and the way
he plays, but he is sharp," Lampard told BBC Radio
Five Live.
"I think the people who are calling him thick have
got a certain element of thickness about them,
because they haven't even invested the time to
speak to him. He doesn't speak to the press that
much for them to make that judgement of him.
"He's a confident boy, and he has a sensitive side
to him. During the World Cup we'd sit in a room
together and watch some of the other games and
stuff like that.
"If you read the headlines of the last few weeks
you can get an impression of someone but he's a
very sensitive lad, you can have a good
conversation with him about anything you want.
He's a very cute, worldly lad for how young he is.
He has no problem relating to older players, he
treats everyone the same.
"Some people like to align themselves to the bigger
names in the squad, to speak to certain players or
stick to their own little group. Wayne talks to David
Beckham the same as he would to a new player
who's just come into the squad from Stoke or
Bolton, and that's the beauty of him I think as a
person.
"He's got a great sense of humour. I love being
around people who will make me laugh, and he
makes you laugh constantly. When you're sat at a
dinner table with 20 people he can dominate the
conversation just through wit and the confidence
in the way he speaks.''
Lampard recalled Rooney made an instant
impression on him when he was first called up by
England.
"He looks like he has this bulldog way about him, a
little powerhouse, and then the first day he trained
you could see he had this touch and awareness
that was...like a genius touch,'' he said.
"I'd only seen three players in my career like that -
Paolo Di Canio, Gianfranco Zola and Paul Gascoigne
when I was a kid training with England - that had
this genius kind of thing about them, and Wayne
had that instantly as a 17-year-old.''

EPL Update: 10 Things We Have Learned So Far This Season

1. Chelsea are once again the team to beat:
Old Hamster Face Carlo Ancelotti has brought a presidential style of management to Stamford Bridge and it is certainly working. Presidents, you may recall, don't often actually have to do anything (Ronald Reagan spent the entire Eighties napping and only occasionally reviving to joke about bombing Russia.) Ancelotti has plenty of time to devote to his one true love - stuffing his big cuddly cheeks with food - as well as picking a side that picks itself. Suddenly the Blues are four points clear, are on their way to 100 goals again and Frank Lampard has two teams he might not get back into.

2. Manchester City will probably qualify for the Champions League without playing anything like Champions League football:
Roberto Mancini was hired to get City into the top four, by the scruff of the neck if necessary or by stifling the life out of the opposition if he really had to. And currently there they are in second, ahead of Manchester United. It's the blueprint that enabled Jose Mourinho to get the better of Sir Alex Ferguson half a decade ago but the Italian has plenty of critics waiting for him to fail. Like Carlos Tevez for example, with the pair reportedly engaging in a lively half-time debate over tactics in Sunday's 2-1 victory over Newcastle. Which had hardly been merited by the way.

3. Manchester United have lost the fear factor:
Points dropped against Fulham, Everton, Bolton and Sunderland in the Premier League and Rangers in the Champions League; is time finally running out for Sir Alex and his ageing cohorts Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs at a time when Wayne Rooney wishes he could go back and start his career all over again? Maybe, but United are notoriously stronger in the second half of a season so let's leave this one and think about whether...

4. Roy Hodgson won't be the next England manager:
Has any manager's reputation been ruined so quickly in the space of just a few weeks? But enough about Fabio Capello; it's the rise and fall of Mr Hodgson (or should that be wise and fall?) and Liverpool that concerns us now. The once mighty Scousers haven't been in the bottom three since around this time in 1984, when they revived to finish second and reach the European Cup final, but there is no chance of the latter and you can get rather extravagant odds on the former. The logic behind Hodgson's appointment was straightforward enough. If he can turn Fulham from Championship fodder to Europa League finalists then imagine what he could do at Anfield? But Fulham's success was played out on a backdrop of 0-0 draws and, if the Liverpool fans were less than enamoured by his appointment, you can imagine how they felt when Paul Konchesky turned up with his boots a little later. Happy days.

5. Arsenal can forget about the title yet again
:
After being stomped on by Didier Drogba and Chelsea yet again, Arsene Wenger blamed a lack of cutting edge up front. True, plenty of good chances were squandered but it is at the back that Arsenal are found wanting the most. Never mind the goalkeeping question, which will probably rumble on all season - no keeper can thrive while 'protected' by the current back four line up. Wenger has probably ordered hourly updates on the rehabilitation progress of Thomas Vermaelen after Sebastien Squillaci's 'performance' at Stamford Bridge. Tony Adams and Martin Keown names had them down as solid defenders as well as their on-field displays; Squillaci sounds like a bowel complaint.

6. It's never too late for an England call-up:
Especially while Fabio still has an office at Wembley. Being snubbed by Emile Heskey was an embarrassment not even Steve McClaren had to endure, but Capello he clearly likes a big guy up front so step forward Kevin Cyril Davies of Bolton, aged 33 and a half. The most fouled man in Premier League history, who has scored 120 goals in 600 games, some of which were in League Two for Chesterfield. Go for it, big man.

7. Stuart Attwell hasn't quite got the hang of refereeing yet:
And do we think he ever will? Sunderland fans won't be forgiving him in a hurry for allowing Liverpool to score from a free kick the Black Cats insist hadn't actually been taken (and that the referee hadn't actually seen). This is the guy who awarded Reading a goal at Watford a couple of years ago that had gone four feet wide you may recall and there are other tales of woe and utter chaos. Then again, though he is clearly out of his depth (he's still only 27) let's keep him on. It adds an 'anything may happen' element that some fixtures, mainly involving Kevin Davies and Emile Heskey, clearly need.

8. Harry Redknapp is a real wheeler and dealer:
However much he likes to pretend otherwise to Sky Sports reporters. Harry's beef is that it makes him sound like a second-hand car salesman rather than an accomplished coach and man-motivator and therefore he has a point. But the deadline day signing of Rafael van der Vaart was a deal supreme as the Dutchman has added a new dimension to Tottenham's debut foray into the Champions League. Well wheeled indeed.

9. We have seen far too many broken legs already:
Bobby Zamora's England career is on hold and Hatem Ben Arfa could miss the rest of Newcastle's top-flight return. Add Adlene Guedioura of Wolves and that's already three challenges we really could have done without. Karl Henry was the man who hurt Zamora and it seemed an accident right enough but the Wolves hardman was rightly sent off against Wigan a few weeks later for recklessly upending Wigan's Jordi Gomez. Nigel de Jong of Manchester City broke Ben Arfa's leg and though he went unpunished by either club or match official Netherlands coach Bert van Marwijk immediately removed the midfielder from his international roster, citing the tackle as "wild and unnecessary".

10) Blackpool deserve all the plaudits:
Those doom-mongers who predicted a lowest ever points total for the Tangarines already look pretty silly. Except one was Ian Holloway himself not so long ago and he seems perfectly happy, as well he might. The Seasiders may yet go down as it's that sort of league but they already appear on course to do a Hull or a Reading. Which means going down next season instead but who's thinking about that right now?

For Manchester United fans, have we found the replacement of the LEGEND 20 OLE?

Many of the football fans if not all do remember the 1999 final at NOU CAMP between Man United and Bavarians of Munich. The two subs being Super Teddy and Ole Gunner Soskerjaer and the difference they brought in the ground.Last light made me think of Javier Hernandez and Federico Macheda as there replacements. For Federico Macheda as always being a good sub since last season.Am dreaming of a good outcome from the two boys in the field. Thanks to you Hernandez a.k.a CHICHARITO we got the glimmer of the legend 20 OLE.

The boy made all the difference in the clash at Mestalla and ringing my mind as if the great super sub status is ack in Old traford.

Thumb up from the manager to the good work done as Man United registering their second win in all of the 19 visits to Spain.

From the reserve league.

The reason i posted this photo is bring some awareness of most of Man Utd fans.
I remember some past two seasons in the game between Man United against Aston Villa in Old traford an awkward substitution as many saw it was made by bring in the game the young lad FEDERICO MACHEDA and many had little or had totally nothing in mind about him.
The above young lad is know as NICKY AJOSE.Is one of the deadly strikers in the reserve league though he can play in both wings.Recently  he had promotion to first team with jersey number 38.
For my fellow Man Utd fans
Remember the face,
Remember the name
NICKY AJOSE,so that when he'll be given a chance like Machda and bring some impact you as a fan should not be caught by surprise.

newcastle stun chelsea, sneijder no return to madrid

Magpies Stun Young Blues
It was a thrilling all-Premier League clash in the
League Cup as high-flying Chelsea took on
topsy-turvy Newcastle United. It was an
exciting, but shocking result, as the Magpies
stunned a young Blues side 4-3!

Inter playmaker Wesley Sneijder has
vehemently ruled out a potential return to Real
Madrid after his agent hinted that a reunion
with Jose Mourinho at the Bernabeu is possible
following the Dutchman's stalled contract talks
with the Nerazzurri. Sneijder affirmed that he
wants to stay at Inter.

mourinho betrayed us

Inter president Massimo Moratti has taken a dig at
Jose Mourinho for leaving the Nerazzurri in the
summer and joining Real Madrid.
Mourinho was appointed the Inter coach in the
summer of 2008 and after winning the Scudetto
in 2008-09, he led the Beneamata to a historic
treble in 2009-10.
However, the Portuguese left the Italian
champions in the summer when Madrid came
calling under controversial circumstances and
now Inter president Moratti says that Mourinho
betrayed them.
“ It was like a husband cheating on his wife, but
seeing as he cares for her and doesn’t have the
courage to admit to it, he climbed out the
window, ” Moratti is quoted as saying by
Calciomercatoweb.it.
Moratti was then asked if Mourinho's situation
was similar to that of Helenio Herrera, who left
Inter for rivals Roma in order to take a then-
enormous pay increase.
“Is Mourinho like Herrera? Football has changed,”
said the president.
“The coaches didn’t used to be on the transfer
market, but now they are. Mourinho and Herrera
do have many things in common: they are
genial, professional, but above all do hard work.

CR7 sensational OT return?!

Sensational OT Return?
Manchester United are reportedly plotting an
audacious bid to bring Real Madrid star
Cristiano Ronaldo back to Old Trafford. It is
speculated that Red Devils boss Sir Alex
Ferguson is readying a mammoth €100 million
offer for CR7, who is believed to be unhappy
with his Blancos role at present.

thanx to unselfish referee,spurz1-4arsenal

Samir Nasri scored two penalties in extra-time as
Arsenal knocked arch-rivals Tottenham out of the
Carling Cup with a 4-1 victory at White Hart Lane.
Teenager Henri Lansbury - one of eight changes
made by manager Arsene Wenger, who was
serving a one-match touchline ban - swept the
visitors ahead from close range after 15 minutes.
Robbie Keane, who came on at half-time, scored
an equaliser three minutes after the restart to level
for a much-changed Spurs side, which saw
Brazilian midfielder Sandro make his debut.
However, neither team could find a winner in
normal time, with Nasri's spot-kick double and
Andrey Arshavin's goal sending the Gunners
through.
There was a minute's applause before kick-off for
Tottenham's double winning striker and England
international Bobby Smith, who died on Saturday
aged 77.
When the action started, there was the expected
tense atmosphere of a derby, which Wenger
watched from the stands, having accepted a
misconduct charge and £8,000 fine by the Football
Association following his actions at the end of the
weekend's 1-1 draw at Sunderland.

hat-trick hero dimitar

Hat-trick hero Dimitar Berbatov was celebrating his
"best day" in a Manchester United shirt after giving
his side a 3-2 win over arch-rivals Liverpool in
dramatic fashion at Old Trafford.
- Man United 3-2 Liverpool
- Hodgson denis 'catastrophe' talk
- Fergie: We should have thrashed them
- Jolly: Berbatov transition complete
Berbatov put United 2-0 up with a wonder goal
described as "genius" by Liverpool boss Roy
Hodgson and then stole victory with a late header
after Steven Gerrard had brought the visitors level
with a double.
The winner was Berbatov's seventh goal in six
games this season as he all but confirmed his
transformation from peripheral figure to leading
man with this match-winning contribution. But the
Bulgarian, ever the team man, would have much
rathered his third goal not have been required and
he has told his team-mates to cut out the defensive
lapses that have hurt United in their past three
Premier League matches.
United threw away a two-goal advantage at
Everton in injury-time last week and contrived to
draw a game they thought was won at Fulham last
month after another late equaliser before Gerrard's
second-half brace almost cost them another two
points.
"Let us hope in the future we won't complicate it so
much,'' Berbatov said. "We have to keep working
and improving on that. There is a long way ahead
of us but hopefully in the end we will be on top.''
Berbatov admitted he didn't even see his second
strike go in, instead relying on the crowd to
confirm his moment of magic. He first controlled
Nani's cross with his thigh just inside the box, then
beat a static Pepe Reina with a perfect overhead
volley that crashed in off the underside of the bar.
"I never saw the ball go in the back of the net. But
when I heard the crowd scream it was easy to
guess what had happened. It was a good goal but
as long as the ball hits the back of the net it doesn't
matter. It was probably my best day in a United
shirt. Obviously I am happy. I am going home
with a smile on my face. But I am nothing special. I
am going home to play with my kids.''
Gerrard felt Liverpool deserved more from the
defeat but admitted Berbatov deserved to be on the
winning team after becoming the first United player
to score three against Liverpool since 1946.
"I think when you recover a two-goal deficit at Old
Trafford you feel really good and you fancy
yourself to hang on in there and get a fantastic
point,'' said Gerrard. "But Berbatov completed his
hat-trick - he was the difference and his second
goal was world class. We're disappointed with the
result but really pleased with how we played and
disappointed to go away within nothing.''

rooney and coleen resolution

Wayne Rooney has been ordered
by his wife Coleen to apologise to HER
parents.
The love rat is being forced to eat humble pie and
say sorry in person after firm Coleen put her foot
down.

"She has told him it has to happen as one of her
conditions to continue with the marriage.
"He would have preferred to have phoned them
first but Coleen insists it has to be in person. Now
he has to face the music."
Man United ace Roo, 24 will go to his in-laws'

valencia out 4 a seas0n

ANTONIO VALENCIA is out for the season
after dislocating and fracturing his left
ankle as Manchester United made a dismal
start to their Champions League campaign.
The Ecuador winger, 25, needed oxygen as he
was carried off following an innocuous-looking
challenge from Rangers defender Kirk Broadfoot.
United boss Alex Ferguson said: "I'm afraid it
looks really bad. He will be operated on and it's a
bad blow.
"It is a similar injury to the one Alan Smith got
when he was with us so we are looking at
Valencia being out for the rest of the season.
"We knew it was bad when the Rangers players
started waving over to the bench."
The injury was so serious that Sky Sports
decided not to show a replay of the incident
during the game.
Valencia's nightmare overshadowed Wayne
Rooney's return to the United side as Alex
Ferguson made 10 CHANGES to the side which
drew 3-3 at Everton on Saturday.
But the new-look Red Devils could find no way
through against a well-drilled defence.
Fergie added: "We were not short of players out
there to win a game of football.
"The criticism will be that I did not play a stronger
team - but I played a very strong team.
"Eight of them played against Chelsea in the
Charity Shield, they should have won that game.
"We played with a great intensity throughout and
dominated in terms of possession but did not
make a chance.
"Rangers' system was hard to break down and I
do not think if I had played other players it would
have made any difference."
Gers boss Walter Smith said: "Everyone seems
concerned with United's team tonight but I wish I
had that problem.
"Any of their players out there would get into 80
per cent of the other Premier League teams.
"It is always easier to defend something than to
create something but that is the only choice left
for us now.
"UEFA have allowed this situation to develop but
small punchers cannot compete.
"We have virtually no chance of winning the
Champions League.
"We restricted United to very few chances and
I'm delighted with that. I'm proud of how my
players performed."
United skipper Rio Ferdinand, returning after a
long-term knee injury, said: "Rangers set their
stall out to defend and nick a goal and respect to
them for that.
"It was just great to be back out there and
playing. I cannot wait for the next game against
Liverpool."

wenger-fA must protect us

ARSENE WENGER has again urged the FA to
clamp down on X-rated challenges.
French midfielder Abou Diaby became the latest
Arsenal casualty when he damaged ankle
ligaments after a crushing tackle from Bolton's
Paul Robinson on Saturday.
Ref Stuart Attwell took no action and the FA
yesterday confirmed they will not consider any
retrospective punishment against Robinson.
Wenger's injury-hit Gunners side begin their
Champions League campaign tonight against
Braga - the Portuguese team who KO'd Celtic and
Seville in the qualifying rounds.
Arsenal will also be without Theo Walcott, Nicklas
Bendtner, Denilson, Robin van Persie, Thomas
Vermaelen and Aaron Ramsey at the Emirates.
Wenger, who confirmed Diaby faces a spell on
the sidelines, said: "I do not have enough power.
It is the referees, the people who watch the
games who have the power.
"I watched this tackle 10 times and it is an unfair
tackle. Diaby was angry, he could have been sent
off for over-reacting.
"The tackle was very bad. I cannot protect the
players, only the FA can do that. I don't know if
my views are taken seriously. I like commitment
in football.
"What I hate the most is a player who is not
committed and jumps out of the tackle.
"But to have a committed game you need to
know that the intention of players is right, that
they go for the ball.
"People think I protect my players and there is an
interest there but no - I speak about football.
"It's not about me this story, it's about the players
who play football with the right intention.
"Don't take me wrong, we make bad fouls as
well, sometimes.
"Diaby had a scan on Monday. I was very
anxious but the scan looks quite promising.
"We don't know how long he will be out but he
will not play against Braga or this weekend."

Summer 2010 Transfer Window Closes

The summer's transfer window has closed and No club in the world spent more money than Manchester City, who welcomed a galaxy of star names, including David Silva, Mario Balotelli, Yaya Toure, Alexander Kolarov, Jerome Boateng and James Milner; Manchester United dipped into their depleting savings to sign World Cup star Javier Hernandez, as well as Chris Smalling and Bebe; Chelsea added Ramires, Yossi Benayoun, Tomas Kalac and removed Joe Cole, Michael Ballack, Deco, Belletti, Ricardo Carvalho and Miroslav Stoch, among others from their hefty wage bill. Arsene Wenger tweaked his Arsenal squad from a familiar source, adding Marouane Chamakh and Laurent Koscielny from Ligue 1. Sebastien Squillaci was also recruited. Le Prof also offloaded Eduardo to Shakhtar Donetsk. Liverpool may have lost Javier Mascherano but bought Christian Poulsen, Raul Meireles and Paul Konchesky, Danny Wilson and Jonjo Shelvey.

*AC Milan grab the headlines in Serie A with the acquisitions of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Robinho, along with other key signings, like Kevin Prince Boateng
